HISTORY

Trade Printing

MPI PRINT, one of Canada’s most successful “trade only” printers, began life as Millenium Printing back in 1998 and KingsWeb in the early 1990s. Fueled by successive years of growth and acquisitions, the company now operates out of two printing plants - its 45,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Mississauga, ON, and a 200,000 sq. ft. facility in Mount Forest, ON. Founded by brothers Pal and Robbie Dhanju, the company continues to be one of the fastest-growing printers in Canada. MPI PRINT attributes its success to its unwavering “focus on the needs of its customers”. It doesn’t offer cookie-cutter solutions to satisfy complex customer requirements. Instead, it ensures that each customer's requirement is fulfilled. North Facility

Mount Forest, ON: On May 31st, 2023, Canada’s biggest trade printer, MPI Print & Packaging is pleased to announce that it has opened its doors to its newest location in Mount Forest, Ontario. Established in 1998, MPI Print has become one of the leading companies in the Canadian printing industry. The new 200,000 sq ft super facility is the next step in taking the company to new heights. The company expected and received a great turnout at its momentous grand opening, with many of its current and prospective customers and other printing companies in attendance. With the company’s specialization in high-volume print and packaging, the 200,000 sq ft facility was just what the company needed to accommodate its growth now and its expected growth in the coming years. The facility holds over 8.5 million pounds of paper and an impressive fleet of top printing equipment and machinery.

Watch Our Video

MPI Print has an active program in place for doing its part to help the environment. The program is not only good for the environment, but it also plays a role in reducing costs for MPI customers. Our tandem press technology is designed to use less paper than conventional perfecting presses because of the reduced size of gripper borders of paper. This results in lower costs for customers while utilizing less paper overall. Whatever paper trimmings remain and they are all recycled. In addition to paper, all printing plates, ink and blankets are recycled. CTPs are chemical free and vegetable based inks are used in all presses. Should you want to know any more information on our recycling policies, do not hesitate to contact our customer service representatives and they will do their best to assist you. We care about the planet and believe we should all do our part to protect our greatest resources.
