UPS

Depending on the postal code you want your work delivered to, UPS delivery options will be available. The delivery time depends on the destination and the option selected.

Pickup

Your order will be ready for pickup at our facility from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Once your order is ready its status will change to <Ready for Pickup> and you’ll be notified by email.

By selecting this option your order will be delivered within 1-2 Business Days after production turnaround. Deliveries will only be made to business addresses.

For your security and protection, it's best to have someone available to sign your order between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our drivers' delivery routes change from day to day so there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. The driver will decide whether or not to leave the order unattended. Only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to our facility and your order status will be changed to <Ready for pickup>

In case you need to follow a specific deadline, we highly recommend you place your order using UPS options or Pickup.

Shipping

While placing a new order you’ll find different options to receive your products. Each option will show you an estimated shipping time which is in addition to the order/production turnaround time you selected during the order process.

If you are placing an order dated or time-sensitive please make sure to leave plenty of time to receive your order and avoid delays. All the delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping transit time varies, and https://www.tradewholesaleprint.com is not liable for delays, any consequence for failure to receive a job on time, damages, or loss caused by couriers. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, weather conditions, etc.

Please, remember that estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days, and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is picked up by the freight company. For instance, if a product is shipped within a two-day transit time, and is picked up on a Thursday, it will be delivered by the end of the day on Monday.

**Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases, extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we'll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be canceled.

At this time, our shipping partners are automatically selected based on the fastest delivery routes in your area, and we are able to offer alternative delivery options. We are unable to specify a particular time for your order to be delivered. In most cases, our drivers deliver orders between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Since our drivers' delivery routes change from day to day, we cannot determine an approximate time your order will be delivered.

Turnaround Time - Production Only

We are here to offer you the fastest production time. For this reason, once all files have been received, verified, and approved, production time starts running. All orders and/or proofs need to be placed before 1:00 PM EST. Otherwise, these jobs will not be processed until the next business day. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your job status will return to <Proof Rejected and/or Awaiting Artwork>, and your printing turnaround will be reset.

For orders and/or proofs placed without a complete digital file that meets our file requirements, printing turnaround will only start when a print-ready file(s) are sent to us and approved, not from when the order is first submitted.

If your job or proof is approved by 1:00 PM EST, printing turnaround starts the same business day. For any order approved after this time, the turnaround will start the next business day. For example, an order that is approved by 1:00 PM EST will be in the production process by the end of the day. Otherwise, if it’s approved after 1:00 PM EST, these jobs will not be processed until the next business day.

Please note that https://www.tradewholesaleprint.com offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. Likewise, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Printing turnaround time for jobs with approved payment and approved proofs is guaranteed. Cancellation of an order is not possible once it has been approved by the customer. Refund requests will not be considered in such cases.
